This was the third pattern from this designer that I made up. I'm a a relative newcomer to this type of embroidery. It is done on 18 point mono canvas with a variety of threads. The pattern designer is Linda Lachance and her company is called Northern Pine Designs.
I tried a couple of small designs and was quite pleased with the ease of use and finally managed to put most of the threads together. I had started the pattern and didn't like the use of a white Kreinik metallic thread on white canvas, so with the help of a friend, I painted the canvas and started the design over and finished it up.
I then turned it into a pouch although I did not use any "BLUE JEANS", I used blue cotton fabric instead as I am also a quilter.
